SUMMER 2019/ Karissa launched her acting workshops for students throughout Central Florida.
SUMMER 2018/ At the Lakeland premiere for "At the End of the Day" with fellow Rogue Stage founder, Thom Mesrobian. Both had cameos in this feature length film, which is headed to it's world premiere at the Dances with Films festival at the Chinese Theatre in L.A.
WINTER 2018/ Karissa originated the role of Therese in Rogue Stage's workshop read of the original musical "Project J."
FALL 2017/ Karissa launched a professional theatre company based in Lakeland, Florida with a group of other artists. The company is called ROGUE STAGE and aims to produce unplugged theatrical experiences in nontraditional spaces throughout Polk County.
SPRING 2017/ Karissa produced her original show "MASTERWORK" at three venues in Central Florida including the first ever Tampa International Fringe Festival.
