Hi, I'm Karissa (aka The Acting Mom). A professional actress turned mom of 4 kids.

1. What if I don’t have big goals and we are doing ok as a family? Will I get anything out of this course?

Answer: Even if you don’t have big goals, can you think of 1 thing you are hoping for in 2021? 5 pounds lighter? Eat healthier? Read more books? If you have even small goals or hope to improve your family life by 5% , you are more likely to accomplished them if you write them down, plan them out and put them into action. And this course will give you an action plan to do just that.

2.  What do I get out of this course that I couldn’t get from Googling it?

4. How do I find time to do this course when my kids take up all my time?

Answer: Babies need 12-15 hours of sleep; toddlers 11-14; preschool 10-13 and school age kids up to 13 need 9-11 hours. That means you have at least 1-2 hours a day when you are awake and the kids are asleep, giving you enough time to do the valuable work of this course. And it’s self-paced! Watch the video and complete the worksheets whenever it fits best into your schedule.
